Prescription safety

A check on the prescription before you sign

Rules check allergies, duplicate drugs and risky combinations while you type. You can also ask for an AI review. Alerts never stop you from signing.

How it works

  1. 1
    Type the prescription

The rule checks run as you type. They don't use AI and there's no waiting.

  2. 2
Allergy by name or drug class

A penicillin allergy also catches amoxicillin, and gives a softer warning for cephalosporins.

  3. 3
    Duplicates and combinations

Two drugs of the same class, ACE inhibitor with ARB, NSAIDs with blood thinners or with kidney disease.

  4. 4
    Optional AI review

On request, the AI model reads vitals, labs and history (without identifiers) and lists points to double-check.

  5. 5
    Your decision

Alerts are advice. You can still sign, and the doctor stays responsible for the prescription.
