How it works

QR code at reception
Reception opens the form for a patient in the queue. The patient scans it, nothing to install.

Questions on their phone
Main problem, since when, how bad, other symptoms, current medicines and allergies, in Hindi or English. A short chat version is also available.

Warning signs
Fixed word lists catch things like chest pain or fainting and tell the patient to alert staff. The patient is never given a diagnosis.

Summary in the queue
The doctor sees the answers next to the patient's token before calling them in.
